In the United States there are over 150,000 people waiting for a life saving organ transplant. 22 people die each day while waiting for their transplant. For many low income families it is impossible to afford a life insurance policy for a family member on the waiting list, families can be placed into a very difficult position when they cannot afford to bury, or cremate their loved one. Enter Takovr Project. At Takovr Project we work towards filling the gap for these low income households, raising funds to offer both funeral assistance, and grief counseling to as many of these families as possible. Because every cloud should have a silver lining.
